4.	In case applying for Mediator Panel, attach copy of 40 hours mediation training certificate.
5.	In case applying for Criminal-I, Criminal-II, Matrimonial Panel, Labour Panel and Civil Misc. Panel, attach copies of any 02 (two) judgments passed by High Court of Delhi wherein they have argued the case independently.
6.	In case applying for Jail Visiting Panel, attach copies of any 02 (two) petitions drafted by them along with the order/ judgment passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
